ABOUT THE MA’AT’S

Ayize & Aiyana Ma’at, high school sweethearts, have been together for 18 years and married for 10. Their love and devotion has been an inspiration to many as they demonstrate their commitment to increasing the quality of relationships throughout the world. Because they recognize the need for a rebirth in “sound” relationship dynamics, they’ve created a multifaceted relationship development business that focusses on Life & Relationship Coaching sessions, Pre-marital Counseling, Relationship Education Classes, Creative productions, and the Ask The Ma’at’s “Love and Life” Advice Column. They are firm believers in the fact that if we, as human beings, want to have the kind of relationships and life that many only dream of–we must Stop Playing and Start Pushing ourselves to the next level.

Aiyana is a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker & psycho-therapist in the state of Maryland & the District of Columbia. She is also a certified Marriage & Relationship Educator. She has earned both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health and Family & Child Welfare from Clark Atlanta University and Howard University respectively. Ayize is a Marriage & Relationship Educator certified in various Singles and Marriage Education curriculums. He is a graduate of Bowie State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a Pan-African concentration.

Together, they are the founders of B Intentional LLC, a Human Potential firm that exists to provide services that help people increase their self-awareness, overcome obstacles, and reach their most ridiculous goals. Through their popular web property, BlackLoveandMarriage.com. they’ve managed to help bring the power of intention and insight to more than 50,000 individuals and couples per month with their signature down to earth and “keep it real” style. While they are grateful for an abundance of opportunities to work with people all over the country committed to transcending self limiting barriers and elevating themselves and their relationships to a higher level, their most valued and important accomplishments to date are their 4 beautiful children who keep them busy, focused, centered, and laughing!
