This was an area where I was apparently failing miserably early on in our marriage and I had no clue!🤷🏽‍♀️

When you know better you do better.

Put some respeck on your boo’s name.💯
Anybody got a wife that talk real big in "warm ups Anybody got a wife that talk real big in "warm ups" BUT is a no show for "game time".🤔

My wife used the power of the "promised P" to move me to go get our daughter. 😏

Then she gonna have the audacity to say "I'm tired" and forfeit the game.😐

Really Boo. Tonight I took an "L" but tomorrow I'm gonna bounce back. ✊🏾💯

Pretty Please😂🤣
Talking about Infidelity & Denial today… The e Talking about Infidelity & Denial today…

The extent of denial varies from one person to another.

For some, it can be very subtle – an attempt to look at things objectively.

For a few others, they are very blatant about it ─ such as trying to make excuses for their spouse’s behavior.

Another reason why some people do this is because they are afraid to truly know the extent of their spouse’s cheating behavior.

Whatever the reason denial does not serve you or your relationship.
The most revolutionary thing you can do is love yo The most revolutionary thing you can do is love your black woman. I saw proof of that this weekend.

This past weekend at #TSPLive2022 was uhh-mazing. We were in the room with greatness and we got a bunch of aha's, ohhhh's, and dayummm's. It was truly #DOPEAF. But there was something that jumped out at me that I wanna highlight....it was the way in which black husbands were honoring their black wives.

While sitting in the audience I heard Magic Johnson speak about looking to his wife (Cookie) and making sure "mama" is happy.

I heard Lamar Tyler talk about conferring with his wife Ronnie Harris Tyler before a decision was made about seizing an opportunity to enroll in Tuck Business School. I heard Lamar lift up his wife's name dozens of times as they demonstrated black excellence ALL weekend putting on the best black business conference ever.

I heard Jamal Miller talk about going from riding the struggle bus and being on food stamps to building an empire with his wife Natasha Ann Miller. He said he can now afford to get "nice things" for her.

I heard Myron Golden talk about being in the midst of dealing with no water and no electricity making a commitment to his wife and taking immediate action to create generational wealth. They're celebrating 36 years of marriage.

I heard Andy Henriquez talk about God being a priority and NOT allowing anything to interfere with his wife, Casandra Henriquez & family.

These are all successful black men sharing the pivotol presence their wives have in their lives and the action steps they've taken to demonstrate their love and their desire to be better men, husbands, and fathers.

Black men...the examples are all around us. It's our responsibility to:

GET IN THE ROOM- Put yourself in position to score.
LISTEN AND LEARN - get a coach that has won or is WINNING.
TAKE ACTION - Do your reps. Can't nobody do your pushups for you.

There's an African proverb that says "If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together." I'm honored to do what I do with my wife. We gon' two step to infinity and beyond. If I can do it...and celebrate success while doing it....YOU CAN TOO. Let's GO!

Question…. Are you and your spouse friends? Lik Question….

Are you and your spouse friends?
Like really…
Is your partner your “Go To” person when you need support or compassion?

Quick tip: Couples who are FRIENDS and take the time to spend time together, respect their differences and remember that the little things are the big things are the couples that truly make it last FOREVER.

So again…are you friends with your boo?
