I agree with you Jam. As if the critics live in glass houses. The thing that makes her unique and dynamic is her story. Her testimony has been liberating to so many people.

Goodness! This isn't current, this is part of her testimony and we overcome by the word of our testimony! The point in being transparent is to encourage someone else who is struggling with the same thing. The POINT is "Yes I've been there, done that, but look what God has done! He's freed me!" Moses was a murderer, Paul killed Christians, David was a murder and adulterer, but God! Because of the work any leader tries to do the enemy comes at them full force-like now with these comments and misrepresentation of her point. Pray for your leaders.

It may not be current but it's an indicator of what's at the core of who she is. She uses her story when it's convenient.

Dawn, Amen to that! I felt like she spun the whole domestic violence platform into a situation of conveience as well. I honestly feel that if that situation had not gotten the media attention that it got that she would have swept it under the rug and stayed in that marriage and continued on with the facade. She only presented herself as the face of Domestic Violence because it was publicly exposed.

Never been a fan of her's. She used to visit my church when I was growing up and even back then she seemed phony to me…
