VIDEO: A lot of people think that there will be no change in the quality of your relationship once you get married. Many people feel like marriage is “just a title” and that the institution of marriage is an outdated and unnecessary social construct. Some people say that the commitment is enough and marriage doesn’t make you more committed. Well in this video we discuss some of these notions by sharing with you our experience prior to, during, and after THE PROPOSAL.

You two are great! God bless your marriage ministry! I agree with you in all that you said. Here's another point, though: The kids do so much better when they know both mom and dad are committed by marriage. We have too many insecure children with uncertain futures. The way to fix that is to give the little ones a firm footing in a married couple family. It's a great launching pad for the rest of their lives!

I think y'all are right. Marriage does matter. I was a little different from y'all, because I was pressed to get married. I just didn't think it was going to happen. It did though and I'm thankful for my wife and my beautiful little baby. God bless the institution of marriage and God bless the entire Ma'at family.
